GAD-7
A seven-question questionnaire that doctors use to measure anxiety in people.
GAD-7 is a short, widely used questionnaire for generalised anxiety. A person rates seven statements, and the total sorts the result from minimal to severe.
Researchers sometimes apply it to chatbots’ answers to see how a model talks about itself. The score then describes the text the model wrote, not a feeling it has.
