RayNeo builds smart glasses and grew out of the Chinese television manufacturer TCL. Its products lean on waveguide displays, a technique that pipes an image through the lens itself so text appears to float in your field of view.
The company drew attention in 2026 with a pair of AI glasses that deliberately left out the camera, betting that meeting notes, translation and calendar suggestions are more useful day to day than a lens pointed at everyone around you.
