The music streaming service, now building conversational AI into its app.
Spotify is the largest music streaming platform, and it has spent years using AI quietly, in the recommendations that decide what plays next. More recently it has been adding AI you can talk to, letting you ask for a mood or adjust a playlist in plain language rather than searching.
It also sits on the other side of the AI debate, as a platform flooded with machine-generated tracks and as a licensor whose catalogue AI music tools would like to learn from.
