Wiz
A cloud security company, now part of Google, whose research team regularly publishes findings about AI and cloud vulnerabilities.
Wiz is a cloud security firm that scans companies’ cloud setups for misconfigurations and vulnerabilities. It became widely known outside the security world through its research arm, which publishes detailed public write-ups of holes it finds in well-known services, usually after the affected company has fixed them.
More recently Wiz has been building autonomous testing systems, marketed under the name Red Agent, that probe software the way an attacker would without a human driving each step. Those agents have produced several of the headline findings about weaknesses in AI-generated code and in the automation that surrounds it.
