Workers AI
Cloudflare's service for running AI models on its servers so developers do not have to host them.
Workers AI is a service from Cloudflare, a large internet infrastructure company. Developers send a prompt to it and get an answer back from an AI model that Cloudflare runs, so they do not need their own powerful hardware.
Because many customers share the same machines, a bug can mix up their data, as happened with one model this autumn. That is the trade-off of any shared service: cheap and easy, but you rely on the provider to keep everyone’s requests apart.
